My friend and I are coming to LA but plan also to go to LV...are there any overnight bustours to Grand Canyon ( Hoover Dam, Sky Walk, Indian show, Cactus garden) pick up in LA, and end in LV.
Hi,
Is the sky walk activity included in a 2 day bus tour to Grand canyon from phoenix . if no, then shall i get sufficient time to cover that? what are the extra charges for the same?
shall i get hotel pick up if i am booked in a hotel in scotsdale?
Dear Archana Sohoni,
The tour will include sightseeing at the Grand Canyon South Rim, and will not cover the Grand Canyon West. At the moment, our tours covering the Grand Canyon West all depart out of Las Vegas, or Los Angeles.
The 14-390 tour offers pickups out of most major hotels in Phoenix from 6:15-7:15 A.M and out of a limited number of properties out of the Scottsdale area. When placing your order for a tour reservation online, please include your hotels name and address in the comments/ special notes section in the reservation process to allow us to arrange the most convenient pickup location for you the morning of the tour's departure.

Hi. I'm quite interested in this package tour. My family and I are planning to have a tour starting may4. Unfortunately, we would like to just stay here in Vegas in the last day ( day 3). We don't want to come along to Los Angeles bus trip. Can we still avail the package tour like the Chocolate world and Tanger outlet? If yes, are we still offered a ride back to our hotel? Thanks.
Dear Irish Abucejo,
Thanks for your inquiry.
If you wish to end your tour in Las Vegas, please leave us a comment under the comments section when completing your reservation. However, if you do choose to depart from Las Vegas, you'll forego the visit to the Tanger Outlet Center.
For guest departing from Las Vegas, you will visit the M&M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Garden in the morning and enjoy the free buffet lunch in Las Vegas, then we'll send you to MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, which is close to McCarran International Airport.
We recommend bus or taxi service for guest flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxi can be arranged for $10 and takes about 10 minutes.

Jeremy

Simply inform the tour guide that you wish to join the optional helicopter tour on offer and upon paying the tour fees, the guide will arrange the helicopter ride for you upon your arrival at the Grand Canyon West.
Thank you very much.

Hi,
I was told that the hotel that we would be likely to stay in San Francisco is 40-50mins drive from Downtown. May I know if the hotel would be near San Francisco international airport? What are the names of some of your common hotel choices?
Thank you very much.
Dear Trang Pham,
Thanks for your inquiry.
The hotel we stay in San Francisco would be in Union City or Fremont, so it's not very close to San Francisco International Airport. The hotel information in San Francisco can only be confirmed 1 day before the tour departure. Courtyard Fremont and Courtyard Newark Silicon Valley are two of our common hotel choices.
Thank you very much.

trip 2-5983, I have question on Day 3. how long is the bus ride from hotel to Yosemite National Park. How long we are going to stay at the park? what time are we leaving from the park to Los Angeles? and what time we should arrive at Los Angeles?
thank you!
Dear Vonica Louie,
Thanks for your inquiry.
Please be informed that the day to day schedule of the itinerary may vary due to weather and traffic conditions. It will take about 3-4 hours to drive from San Francisco to Yosemite National Park. You will spend about 2 hours at Yosemite for sightseeing and the drive back to will take around 5-6 hours with an estimated arrival time back to Los Angeles by around 7:00pm.
Thank you very much.

Hi,
I have a few questions:
1/ On the first day, are there any alternative pick-up locations except for the airport? As we will already be in LA for the previous days and would want to be picked up somewhere else.
2/ I would like to know if there will be any activity on Day 1 as it was reflected in the itinerary that there would only be transportation back to the hotel on Day 1. Hence, if we arrive early, after we are taken to the hotel to check in and deposit our luggage, if we want to go and visit downtown LA, we would have to take our own transportation back and forth?
3/ As far as I read, touring around Hollywood was not included in the itinerary. Did I miss out on that part or we won't be visiting Hollywood Boulevard and Beverly Hill?
Thank you very much.
Dear Trang Pham,
Thanks for your inquiry.
1. You can self transfer to first night hotel to join the tour if you will be in Los Angeles in advance, but regretfully we don't have other pick-up locations. We will provide you with the first night's hotel address upon confirmation of your reservation.
2. Yes, you will need to arrange the transportation by yourself if you want to go to visit downtown LA. No sightseeing activities are scheduled as part of the tour package on DAY 1 of the tour.
3. This tour package doesn't include a Los Angeles city tour, so we will not go to visit Hollywood Boulevard or Beverly Hills. Since you will arrive a few days early, we recommend you consider taking a one-day tour highlighting Hollywood Boulevard and Beverly Hills:

Hi,
We are planning to book your tour from 16-22 May 2014 for 3 people (buy-2-get-1-free scheme). However, we intend to forfeit our trip to Yosemite and just stay in San Francisco.
Thus, I would like to ask if it would be possible for me to extend an additional day of hotel accommodation (same hotel given in San Francisco) for the night of 22 May? If it is possible, may I know what is your quote for the additional day of hotel accommodation?
I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you so much.
Sincerely,
Trang
Dear Trang Pham,
If you wish to opt out the Yosemite tour, please leave a note in the comment section in your reservation to notify us. And please also leave a note with the hotel extension request, we will check and quote you when we process your reservation. Kindly note that the hotels we will likely be able to arrange will be located about 40-50 minutes away from downtown San Francisco.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Molly
